You may use the Coding World platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Reproduce, distribute, or sell course content without written permission
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the platform
• Upload or distribute malicious code or content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Coding World will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

All course content, including videos, written materials, code examples, notes, and assessments, is the intellectual property of Coding World or its content creators. Purchasing a course grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access and learn from the content.

Course prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate.

Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy, available at codingworld.in/refund-policy. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if they do not meet the stated criteria.

Completion certificates are issued when all required course criteria are met. Coding World certificates are educational credentials and do not constitute professional qualifications, degrees, or accreditations recognised by regulatory bodies.

Coding World is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coding World disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email where possible.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
