Refund Policy

Coding World is committed to your satisfaction. We want you to get value from every course. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which we process refund requests for course purchases made on our platform.

You may request a full refund of a course purchase if:

• Your request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
• You have completed less than 20% of the course content
• You have not already been issued a completion certificate for the course

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
• More than 20% of the course has been completed
• A certificate of completion has been issued
• The course was purchased using a promotional coupon or discount unless the discount was less than 10%
• The request is for a course that was a gift to another user

To request a refund:

• Email hello@codingworld.in with the subject line "Refund Request"
• Include your registered email address and order ID
• Briefly describe the reason for your request

We aim to process all refund requests within 5–7 business days of receiving a valid request.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course will be revoked immediately. Any downloaded materials should be deleted as the licence to use them is no longer valid.

If you are experiencing technical issues that prevent you from accessing course content, please contact us at hello@codingworld.in before requesting a refund. We will make every effort to resolve technical issues promptly.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Purchases made before a policy change will be subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
